• All orders are shipped the same or next day when stock is available. If there is no stock, items are ordered from our supplier which usually take between 2 - 5 business days to arrive. Sometimes there are delays in which case the customer will be notified.
• Some items are imported from our overseas supplier. If an order is placed and we do not have stock, there is an estimated 2 - 3 week delivery wait. Please note that some Limited Editions and new release items are sometimes delayed. In this case, customer will be notified.
• All international orders are now shipped through registered post. Only small items will be delivered through ordinary Air Mail. In most cases, large orders are shipped through Express Post.
